Emily Landsperger is a Senior Scientist at Gateway Analytical. Much of her work focuses on aiding clients through the FDA’s Critical Path Initiative, especially related to API-specific particle sizing for nasal sprays, metered dose inhalers, and dry powdered inhalers. She’s an expert in glass delamination and automated Raman spectroscopy on the SPE. Her prior experience includes work in the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Laboratory as a DNA analyst in the expeditionary forensics division, where she served in Afghanistan for 9 months as a civilian employee. Emily is a member of PDA and MAAFS, and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry and a Master’s Degree in Forensic Science and Law from Duquesne University.
